5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if the export failed due to a technical error on our end and no successful retry was possible. Refund requests must be sent to contact@pull.page within 14 days of purchase.

6.3 EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by initiating an export, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the export is completed (Art. 16(a) EU Consumer Rights Directive).

6.4 Swiss Consumer Rights
Swiss consumer protection laws apply where mandatory. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at contact@pull.page.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PullPage only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Export websites you do not own or have permission to export
• Use the service for automated bulk exports, scraping, or data mining
• Circumvent or manipulate security mechanisms or usage limits
• Use the service in any way that disrupts its operation or infringes on the rights of others
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written permission
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice and without refund.

  1. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to export and use the content of any website you process through PullPage.

PullPage is a technical tool only. We do not review or verify the content being exported. We assume no liability for copyright infringement, trademark violations, or any other legal violations committed by users.

It is your responsibility to:
• Verify that you are authorized to export the website
• Ensure your use of exported content complies with all applicable laws and licenses
• Obtain any necessary permissions from content owners

  1. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property
PullPage as a service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Exported Content
Exported website content does not belong to us. All rights to exported content remain with their respective owners. Using PullPage does not grant you any rights to the exported content.

  1. . Availability and Warranty

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary outages. No guarantee of availability is provided.

  1. . Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or export files after the 30-day storage period
• Damages resulting from your use of exported content
• Damages caused by outages of third-party services (Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.)
• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence where mandatory by law, or to any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

  1. . Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PullPage and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you export through the service

  1. . Termination

13.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, any active subscription will be cancelled automatically and access to paid features will be revoked immediately.

Please note: Due to potential technical issues between our system and Stripe, we strongly recommend verifying that your subscription has been successfully cancelled in your Stripe billing portal after deleting your account. If the subscription was not cancelled correctly, please contact us at contact@pull.page and we will resolve it promptly.

No refund will be issued for any remaining time in the current billing period.

13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive usage, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any outstanding payments remain due. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

  1. . Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.

  1. . Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The courts at the domicile of the operator in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory legal provisions require a different jurisdiction (e.g., consumer protection laws granting jurisdiction at the consumer's domicile).

EU/EEA consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

  1. . Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its originally intended economic purpose.

  1. . Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PullPage regarding the use of the service. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded.
